Consent to personal data processing

Controller and purpose

I consent to International Centre for Professional Personnel LLC (MCPK; ООО «Международный центр профессиональных кадров»), INN 7805824317, OGRN 1257800063388, registered at premises 230-N, 23 Novgorodskaya Street, Smolninskoye Municipal District, Saint Petersburg, 191124, Russia, processing my name and phone number to consider my enquiry and call me back as requested.

Data and operations

This consent covers my name and phone number, submission date and time, page language, enquiry reference and evidence of consent. Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use to respond, transmission via Mail.ru to the controller’s business mailbox, restriction, deletion and destruction, using automated and non-automated means. Access is limited to authorised employees. This consent does not cover advertising, publication of my data or transmission to a CRM.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains effective until my enquiry and requested interaction have been completed, or until I withdraw it. Data are deleted within 30 days after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn unless another lawful basis requires continued processing. I can withdraw consent by emailing mtspk.adm@mail.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent” and the phone number submitted, or by writing to the controller’s registered address.

Giving consent

I give consent by selecting the separate consent checkbox and clicking “Send enquiry”. Reading the policy or browsing the website does not give this consent. Providing data is voluntary; without consent the form cannot be submitted.
